Refurbishment of High Rise Flats, Westridge Road, Portswood, Southampton

This project is one of planned maintenance carried out on behalf of the management company every seven years. 

The specification chosen was Dulux Weathershield, applied to exterior windows, barge boards, iron work and masonry paint. 

Despite difficult access the work was completed to a high standard and subsequently similar projects have been carried out in Midhurst, Surrey.
