Modular balconies carried out in-house, at our larger facility in Southampton

We were recently approached to consider the possibility of finishing and protecting large modular balconies with balustrades attached.

The specification is to carry out blast cleaning to remove mill scale and affect a key. 

The next stage is to thermal spray zinc, giving a protective coating equivalent to galvanising followed by polyester powder coating to a high standard. 

Although challenging, we have been able to improvise methods of processing the above.
